Also known as soft wheat or graham flour. It is best suited for use with baking powder as the leavening agent. We like the taste better than hard wheat bread flour. Use for biscuits, pie crust, soft rolls, and more. Made from soft red winter wheat, grown here in Kentucky.

Changed our life at the bakery!

I am the head of pastry department for a local bakery in Lexington,KY. We used to use ground graham crackers in our recipe for smores bars, which were very expensive and increasingly hard to get during the 2020 shut down. When it really matters

I used to think flour was flour. After using Weisenberger flour products, I realized that is not true. We made a memorable trip to the mill to pick up a large order, and I look forward to the upcoming pastry delights!
