We have been baking with this flour for over a year now and are absolutely thrilled with it, and everything else we get from them! The owners could not be any nicer. They are professional and organized. It's local grain, and they don't put a bunch of garbage ingredients in their flour. We feel so fortunate to have this nearby. We drive an hour and a half to get it, but it's well worth it. We bake for a farmer's market each week. We do not make sour dough, rather a traditional buttermilk, honey and yeast dough with all locally-sourced ingredients and this flour.
