Best for Homemade Bread

I have two proportions that I use with this flour: 3 cups to 2 cups fine hard whole wheat and the reverse, 3 cups fine hard whole wheat to 2 cups high gluten bread flour. Both work very well with yeast and make an amazing bread, rolls and even hamburger buns.

Great for Sourdough and Panettone

This is a great option for those of us who do not have access to specialty stores in our area. A strong, high gluten product for bread. Delivered much faster than anticipated, very fresh, no moisture problems. I have already reordered for all of the holiday baking.

Great for sourdough!

I started making sourdough about a year ago and I absolutely love using a mix of this flour with the regular bread flour.
