Also known as soft wheat or graham flour. It is best suited for use with baking powder as the leavening agent. We like the taste better than hard wheat bread flour. Use for biscuits, pie crust, soft rolls, and more. Made from soft red winter wheat, grown here in Kentucky.

I found out about Weisenberger whole wheat flour on the site SaraHassrdn.com. Her recipe "Basic Whole Wheat Freezer Waffles" made with Weisenberger Hard and Soft whole wheat flour is the best. Thank you.

When it really matters

I used to think flour was flour. After using Weisenberger flour products, I realized that is not true. We made a memorable trip to the mill to pick up a large order, and I look forward to the upcoming pastry delights!
