Stone ground from locally grown NON GMO corn. Unbolted cornmeal is unsifted, with a "gritty" texture. Sometimes referred to as "old fashioned" cornmeal.
I won't use any other cornmeal. It instantly elevates breads to a whole new level.

During my grocery shopping I came about your corn meal and after meticulously checking the manufacturing process and quality I decided to buy it and used it ever since. The reason I bought these two products recently was to send to my son who lives in Manchester UK and I believe as soon as it reaches him the first thing he’ll do is to make corn bread as he cannot find any locally.

Best tasting yellow cornmeal around
The yellow has more taste than the white, but is harder to find locally in retail stores, so I bought it directly from the mill. Delivered quickly, but shipping is steep for to 2 five pound bags. Shipping doubled the cost of the cornmeal. Great taste though and worth it
