UNBOLTED PLAIN CORNMEAL

Not the powdery so called stone ground they sell in the grocery store, even the high end chains. I wouldn't make my cornbread with anything else!

The first time we tried white cornmeal, we were sold. The moistness of cornbread with real butter sold us forever. I use it in everything that calls for cornmeal. Stuffings, dressings. So delicious! It's a real bonus being able to purchase straight from the mill. Thank you!

I have been searching for a premium cornmeal , UNBOLTED) for a while. My family loves cornbread made from fresh stone ground meal. However, most I have found is out of my price range. I decided to take a chance on your meal, and oh my goodness, we are absolutely in love with it. It’s like biting into a piece of cake, but with a bit of a crunch. I am going to make another order soon, as to have it on hand for our large family meals every week. Thanks for such a wonderful product.

2 cups of the yellow unbolted corn meal, 2 cups all purpose flour, 1 egg, 2 teaspoons salt, 8 teaspoons baking powder, 1/4 cup oil, mix in whole milk. Put skillet in 450 deg oven until hot then add some oil in skillet and add your batter. Bake 25 mins at 450.

This really is the best cornmeal I've ever had. It's hearty, it's a little bit crunchy, it's tasty and delicious... plus it's ground just a couple of hours from where I live so I know it's really fresh! Just when I think I should stop raving about Weisenberger, I remember something else. I called with a question before I first ordered one of their products and the guy who answered the phone was great. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable! Love this company!
