Stone ground from locally grown NON GMO corn. Unbolted cornmeal is unsifted, with a "gritty" texture. Sometimes referred to as "old fashioned" cornmeal.

Best Choice for “Real” Cornbread
I love the taste and texture of cornbread made with this cornmeal. I grew up in the Louisville area but live in California now - we have a lot of great food stuff out here, but no cornmeal that holds a candle to Weisenberger Mills’. I’m so glad I can have it shipped. I would have posted a picture of the cornbread I made recently but it all got eaten.
