Stone ground from locally grown NON GMO corn. Unbolted cornmeal is unsifted, with a "gritty" texture. Sometimes referred to as "old fashioned" cornmeal.
The review title says it all; Weisenberger’s unbolted cornmeal makes the best cornbread! End of story.

Always a great product.
Living in CA it’s impossible to find freshly milled corn product. Having been raised in KY and my grandparents living near Midway I grew up eating these products. Our son also has grown up on Weisenberger corn mill. It’s turning to Chili time and that means corn muffins!

This is the real stuff!
Not the powdery so called stone ground they sell in the grocery store, even the high end chains. I wouldn't make my cornbread with anything else!

Can't beat the freshness or the flavor
The first time we tried white cornmeal, we were sold. The moistness of cornbread with real butter sold us forever. I use it in everything that calls for cornmeal. Stuffings, dressings. So delicious! It's a real bonus being able to purchase straight from the mill. Thank you!
