Gr8 Sourdough Bread Flour
This flour has a high protein content and is very soft, refined. Great for pizza, pastry, bread. I love the brown paper sac and the easy opening access. Weisenberger Mill is wonderful to work with. Highly recommend it and them!!!!

Best for Homemade Bread
I have two proportions that I use with this flour: 3 cups to 2 cups fine hard whole wheat and the reverse, 3 cups fine hard whole wheat to 2 cups high gluten bread flour. Both work very well with yeast and make an amazing bread, rolls and even hamburger buns.
