Weisenberger stone ground white grits are, hands down, my favorite grits in the U.S. There’s something about their taste—the pure, creamy texture with just the right amount of substance—that feels unbeatably authentic. With only 60 calories per 1/4 cup serving, they’re surprisingly light, which makes me feel great about indulging in them daily.
I like to add jalapeño peppers and cheddar cheese to my grits in the morning, and shrimp or blackened fish with gruyere for dinner.
