A month or so ago, we stopped at a restaurant in Cullman, Alabama that featured Weisenberger grits. At that time, we just couldn’t seem to get enough of them. They were creamy and rich and tasted so good that I asked the store manager where he had purchased them. He explained his story that he got them from Weisenberger Mill and because we were going to go on a trip to Kentucky near that area in the next couple of weeks we chose to make a side trip and go buy some more. In fact, we are giving away packages of grits to everybody in our family for Christmas along with packages of country ham. They are delicious. I haven’t tried the muffin mixes yet, but we bought several cases of those as well to give away as gifts. I’m sure if the muffin mixes our packaged anything like the grits they will be just as delicious. Thank you for making a good product. The only drawback to our visit, was that there are no tours of the mill offered to those who want to come see how everything is processed. Everything is ordered online, which by the way was as easy as could be. Then you can even have them mailed to you or you can pick them up in person. We live in ALABAMA and frankly, I enjoyed the drive to visit Kentucky. Well done, Weisenburger Mills.
