Perfect double dredge flour!

This is the perfect flour for fried chicken, fried oysters, Chicken Fried Steak and even gravy. The flavor of the seasoning is spot on the Granny’s Sunday Supper. It holds up well to a double dredge for a crispy crust. I will purchase this again and have gifted it as well.

Perfect for fried vegetable batter!

Used with Weisenberger fish batter and beer for fried green tomatoes and banana peppers. The seasoning in the flour added an extra flavor that had been missing.
