Quick and easy impromptu gift.

I always like to bring something for the hosts of holiday get-togethers to enjoy after the festivities have ended. Weisenberger muffins are my favorite go to. Quick and easy not to mention super yummy. Always a compliment getter. If it's someone extra special, I'll throw in a pack of spoonbread mix from my private reserve! Always enjoy sharing Kentucky Proud products with folks. Sharing makes things better. Doesn't it?

all the various mixes are great

I have tried all the various mixes and they are all super easy to make and taste great. They are always a big hit when I serve them.

Good flavor, wrong texture

The mix is super easy to use and has a decent flavor; however the texture is not like a muffin, or even a cupcake. Too airy and a little dry on the palette. Overall decent in a pinch for the price!
