So easy

Very Handy!

I am used to pancake mixes that require me to add my own eggs, so this was quite convenient for me because I actually ran out of eggs on the morning that I whipped these up for breakfast. The end result was delicious, and the price per unit was quite comparable to a typical box of Bisquick, but with far tastier pancakes. I used two packets of mix and yielded 8 total pancakes, which isn't bad at all.
