This flour is strong enough to produce a good loaf with regular recipes or bread machines. **(Comes in fine or coarse grind. Both flours are the same. You may choose the one which baked bread with texture you prefer.)

We are a sourdough only family. In the last year we cut out about 90% of all highly processed foods. In that time my husband and I have both lost a lot of stubborn weight. This loaf was made with Hard White wheat bread flour and homemade Buttermilk. Sorry that the review was so late but my best customer (husband) gets to the bread too fast.
