This flour is strong enough to produce a good loaf with regular recipes or bread machines. **(Comes in fine or coarse grind. Both flours are the same. You may choose the one which baked bread with texture you prefer.)

Best whole wheat flour

I come from Ireland and currently living in Texas.
I have tried lots of different types of flour for years to get the texture of Traditional Irish Wheaten Bread.
This flour is without a doubt the very best!
I buy 4 at a time and keep in the freezer so I always have a supply.
