Excellent! I live in Florida but use only Weisenberger corn meal and grits.
The Weisenberger self-rising cornmeal is second to none in quality and taste but the darn shipping costs more than the product AND can't be found on Amazon.
This cornmeal is exactly what I needed to make the starter for my salt rising bread.
