UNBOLTED PLAIN CORNMEAL

Love this! We won’t buy any other kind!

I live in Oregon but once lived in Danville, KY, my mother’s home town. Real Kentucky white corn meal was part of my life until I moved to the Pacific Northwest, and there is nothing vaguely like it out here. My sister in Harrodsburg was sending me a bag of Weisenberger corn meal each Christmas, until I learned I could order it myself online. It is simply the best, authentic old-fashioned cornmeal available anywhere. I love the unbolted 5-pound bags, and all my friends out here are amazed at the wonderful flavor of my cornbread and spoonbread. I wish they could buy it here, but I’ll just have to share mine. Thank you for such a wonderful food!
