So much better than anything you could find in the grocery stores. Wonderful flavor and freshness.
The flour is great! I've made many loaves of sourdough with it over the last month. The only thing is that I wish it were available in a grocery store near me. I noticed that the Self-Rising flour is at my local Meijer but not the bread flour. I would happily spend a few extra dollars on flour from a Kentucky mill if it were available.
I use this for all my bread baking and everything turns out well structured. Keeps my sourdough starter healthy as well.
Love the results when I use Weisenberger bread flour.
I am an avid sourdough baker and have used this flour for many years. It gives me the perfect crust and crumb.
About once a quarter my husband and I drive up from Louisville to the mill to pick up flour. Nice and scenic road trip.
