I have been using your fish batter for at least thirty five years and used it exclusively for many a fish fry that have treated countless friends and family members to my panfried panfish. It's no exxageration when I say that every single person that's eaten my bluegills cauhgt here in michigan have at one time or another raved about my small batch panfried fish. Of course I love it to and also used it as a wet deep fry beer batter for cauliflower and other veggies at those fishfries with great success. Those gatherings are gone now but the wife and I still and always will use your perfect tasting batter for our own personal catches. Thanks for being there all these years
