A blend of soft whole wheat and unbleached white bread flours brings out the best of both. The Great taste of whole wheat plus the strength of bread flour makes this the best choice for bread machine or regular recipe use. This is the flour that my grandfather used to bake bread every Saturday here at the mill. Made with whole wheat flour ground from wheat grown here in Kentucky.

Simply supurb

I have been purchasing my flour from Weisenberger for quite a few years and the results have never disappointed me or my family. The feel and smell are reminiscent of the flour my grandmother used to use. I just wish I lived closer so I wouldn't have to pay for UPS charges, but regardless I will continue buying it through here.

Weisenberger flour

Not many have access to locally milled flour. I love the coarse grind whole wheat for my regular breakfast bread.
