Our choice for most home baking. It is used with baking powder as the leavening of choice, and can be used for rolls with yeast. Can be used for cakes, but is not recommended for bread baking.

Ground from soft red winter wheat grown in Kentucky.

The protein level of this flour is around 8-8.5%, great for making biscuits, muffins, cakes, cookies, pastries and quick breads.

This is a good flour. It's free of additives. It's a light flour, so you might have to use more than recipe calls for. I order online and go to the mill to pickup. My Oder is ready and the employees are friendly and can answer any questions you have about their products.

Smooth......

I love the all-purpose flour. I just used it in the bread machine to make regular white bread. The bread was so smooth and delicious. I will make cookies tomorrow and I cannot wait to see how the texture and taste are. We will be eating well this winter!
