This is the best Semolina I’ve found in the States for making fresh pasta. Tender and the perfect al dente bite!

So much better than store bought
I make my own pasta and I’ve had better results from this semolina than what I buy in the flour aisle at the grocery store. The final product is not gummy but still has the bite that I’m looking for in a semolina.
