This flour is strong enough to produce a good loaf with regular recipes or bread machines. **(Comes in fine or coarse grind. Both flours are the same. You may choose the one which baked bread with texture you prefer.)

Beyond better than store flour

I bought this flour because my wife started winter baking more and I wanted to see if artisanal flour is better than store bought flour. Yes it is. The flour is much more rich, the grain is hardier and overall better. It is definitely worth the more expensive price but not for an every bake type of us. Only for special bakes because of the high price point.
