We used this in place of flour to make pancakes and it was a huge hit. The kids described it as tasting like sweet cornbread and prefer it now over the old style flour pancakes!

This corn meal makes the best cornbread. I love it because it has a perfect texture. Not like store bought cornmeal that’s ground up so fine, it’s like flour. There no texture to it. But Weisenberger is perfect, the way cornmeal should be. Thank you Weisenberger for all of your delicious products.
