Flours Select from a variety of flours made from soft or hard wheats. Use to make quick breads, or yeast breads in either white or whole wheat. Choose from bleached, or unbleached with no preserveatives.

Grains & Brans Recleaned choice grains include soft red wheat, white corn, and yellow corn. Cracked wheat and wheat bran are a fine source of fiber in your diet.

Grits Stone ground old fashioned grits made from white or yellow corn will give you the hearty flavor not found in "short cut" brands.

Mixes Over thirty mixes and breadings and batters offer a wide choice for both domestic and food service use. If we don't offer it, we can make it for you.

Yeast Our choice is Saf Instant for all baking needs.
